This Privacy Policy explains how ADMIRAY ("we", "us", "our") collects and uses personal information when you visit admiraymeg.com or contact us through it. ADMIRAY is an architecture, interior design and fit-out contracting company based at The Pearl, Doha, State of Qatar.
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this website.
Project inquiry form: your name, email address, contact number, project type, estimated area, budget range, project description and any floor plans, drawings or other files you upload.
Career application form: your full name, email address, portfolio link, cover note and the CV you upload.
When you submit a form, our server also records the date and time and your IP address. This helps us prevent spam and misuse of the forms.
We use inquiry details to reply to you, prepare proposals and discuss your project. We use job applications to assess candidates and to contact you about current or future roles.
When we receive a form we send you a confirmation email, and our team receives a notification so they can respond. We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. It is only available to ADMIRAY staff who need it to respond to you.
We may share it with service providers that help us run this website and our email (for example our hosting and email providers), only for that purpose, or where we are required to do so by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Form submissions and uploaded files are stored on our own server. CVs and floor plans are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible, and can only be opened by authorised staff through our password-protected admin panel. The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond to you and to manage any project that follows. We keep job applications for up to two years so we can consider you for future roles. You can ask us to delete your information sooner at any time.
This website does not use advertising cookies. If we enable website analytics, it may set cookies to measure visits in aggregate, and we will update this policy when we do. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us, or to stop using it, by emailing info@admiraymeg.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.
