ADMIRAY is a fit-out company in Doha that designs, details, builds and furnishes interiors across the city, from family villas and apartments to offices, cafés and restaurants. Design, MEP, joinery and site teams work as one, so your project moves from first idea to handover with a single accountable partner.
Doha is not one kind of place. Within a short drive you move from glass towers in West Bay to the low-rise villa neighbourhoods of Al Waab and Al Thumama, the regenerated streets of Msheireb Downtown, busy commercial roads in Al Sadd and Bin Mahmoud, and older districts where homes built decades ago are being renewed. Each building type brings its own constraints, and a good fit-out company in Doha plans around them from the start.
Since 2015 we have worked on more than 750 projects across residential, commercial and hospitality spaces in Qatar. That experience shapes how we approach a Doha project: we look first at the building, its services, its rules and its access, and then design an interior that will work within them.
Many of our Doha clients live in villas, either standalone on their own plot or within a compound. Typical requests include a new majlis, a larger family kitchen with a separate service kitchen, dressing rooms, renovated bathrooms and better air-conditioning. In older villas the work often starts behind the walls, with tired electrics, plumbing or AC units that need replacing before new finishes go in.
Compounds usually have their own rules on working hours, contractor access, parking and debris removal, and some require approval for any change visible from outside. We ask for these early and plan the programme around them.
Apartments in Doha's towers and mid-rise buildings tend to need careful logistics: booking service lifts, protecting common areas, working within permitted hours and coordinating with building management on any work that affects shared services. Inside the unit, space is precious, so built-in joinery from our workshop, such as wardrobes, TV walls and kitchen storage, often makes the biggest difference.
From Al Sadd to Al Dafna, offices range from small suites to full floors. Office fit-out usually follows a landlord fit-out manual that sets out what can be changed, how drawings must be submitted and how base-build services such as sprinklers and fire alarms are modified. Our technical team prepares those submissions and coordinates MEP so the workplace is approved and built without surprises.
Doha's food and beverage scene is busy, and opening on time matters. We have delivered café work in Msheireb Downtown and understand the extra coordination these spaces need: kitchen layouts, extraction, drainage, food-safe finishes and the inspections that come before opening. Front-of-house joinery, counters and seating can be produced in our own workshop.
Long, hot and humid summers affect how interiors perform. We pay attention to air-conditioning distribution and noise, insulation where walls or roofs are being opened, moisture-resistant materials in kitchens and bathrooms, and finishes that cope with fine dust and frequent cleaning. Good choices here keep a space comfortable and looking new for longer.

Doha's traffic, building rules and summer heat all reward good planning. With design, technical development, joinery production and site delivery in one organisation, decisions are made faster, joinery is made locally to exact site dimensions and there is one point of contact when something needs to be resolved. That is how we keep projects moving and finishes consistent from the first sketch to the final detail.

We develop interiors from concept through space planning, material selection, furniture, lighting, 3D visuals and detailed design. For commercial and corporate projects, we also develop design guidelines and interior standards.
